"Pickett was traded to the Raiders (which came just months after a trade to the Browns) after spending his first three NFL seasons with the Steelers and Eagles. The 2022 first-round pick was serviceable in limited work in relief of Jalen Hurts last season, but struggled as the Steelers' starter during his first two years in the league (6.3 YPA, 13 pass TDs, 13 INTs).
