"Palmer signed with the Bills during free agency after spending his first four NFL seasons with the Chargers. The 2021 third-round pick peaked with a 72-catch, 769-yard showing back in 2022, but that was only good enough for a 43rd-place finish in fantasy PPG. He's seen his TD total decrease each year since a career best four in 2021 and has missed 10 games due to injury over the last three seasons.
